We are a property investment company based in Brockley, London
SE4 with properties predominately located in south east and south west London.
Historically, we found that tenants were dissatisfied with letting agents making
misleading statements and empty promises. At Desiman we sought to eliminate
this problem by opening our own agency to let our own properties directly to
the discerning tenant. Time has shown this method to be a great success and
we now have over 200 properties occupied by happy tenants!

We also buy properties to rent out. All types of property
are considered in any location within south London. If you know of a property
which you feel we may be of interest to us, give us a call and you could
earn yourself a healthy introduction fee!

Most Desiman properties have generally undergone an
extensive refurbishment, which includes a modern fitted kitchen, bathroom,
gas central heating, quality decoration, carpets and curtains and all benefit
from washing-machine and fridge freezer. Our properties are generally unfurnished,
but furnishings are available in certain properties.

Fees to tenants: There are no fees to register with
us. Once you have found a property we
charge a very competitive £50
per person for administration/referencing,
which is non-refundable. There are no
other hidden costs at all. We do not
charge for your Tenancy Agreement, nor
do we charge to renew a Tenancy Agreement.
We are confident that this is one of
the lowest, if not the lowest fee around.

What do we need from a prospective tenant? In a nutshell,
we are looking to see that you can comfortably afford the monthly rent and
have a stable income. This usually means providing your most recent 3 months
bank statements and payslips. We generally contact your current employer
and your current landlord for a reference. Finally, you would need a bank
account, as monthly rent must be paid by Standing Order.
- Anything else? If you decide to take one of our properties we ask for a
£250 deposit to reserve the property for you. However, this £250 does go towards
your security deposit when you move in.
